Over time our customers have asked repeated questions. We have compiled them below. These are the most commonly asked questions about TSF Direct. TSF Direct Ordering

Is ordering at TSF Direct Safe?

Our transactions are secure and no payment information is stored on our sites. Your package is guaranteed to arrive, providing that you have entered the correct shipping information.

How do I become a TSF Direct member?

Just click on the login link at the top of the page.

To place an order on TSF Direct, you will need to provide identification as well as your mailing address etc.

It's fast and free to become a TSF Direct member .

Can I change my order?

If your order has not already shipped, please email us as soon as possible at info@tsfdirect.com and we will attempt to make any changes that we can.

How do I place an order on TSF Direct?

Easy Peasy!

1. Navigate to the product category you wish to view.

2. Select the product you wish to purchase

3. Select the quantity you wish to receive

4. Click add to cart

5. If you are done click the shopping cart button or click to go back and select more products or choose from a new category

6. Upon Clicking View Cart you will be taken to a review page

7. When review is complete and proceed to checkout is pressed you will be taked to the login page where you will provide the final shipping information and your identification method.

8. You will be given the option to pay via Paypal or send us a cheque. For Cheque payment, your shipment will not be sent until we verify that the cheque has cleared.

10. Your order will ship within 1 business day. Upon shipment we will provide you with your tracking number when it becomes available

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Check, Money Order or Paypal only.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

All orders received by 12pm PST will ship the next business day. If your order is received after 12pm PST, your order will ship the following business day.

Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday.

I never got my package even though tracking shows it delivered.

There are 2 likely scenarios:

a) the postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, or 

b) what often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were "successfully delivered" then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you'll get it a few days later. If it's deemed "unrecoverable", we will send you a 1x replacement free of charge. 

  • with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf;
  • their Community Mail Box for the item or parcel compartment key;
  • around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home.

In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received."
